The Fairbanks HopeLink (FHL) Emergency Warming Center is a low-barrier, after-hours, warm location for individuals to utilize during cold winter nights. The warming center is located in the Hannah Solomon Building on Wendell Street and is open from 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Visitors are provided with comfortable seating, snacks, beverages, and access to community resources through partnerships with local nonprofit agencies and public services.
