The Pass the Hat  fund is a dedicated to the advancement of philanthropy in community.

Building on the successful 'Pass the  Hat' campaign with Fairbanks Concert Association, the PTH fund will leverage donations to NSCF projects with matching fund grants and innovativeco-funding  programs. This is one of the most effective concepts of the NSCF community funding effort.
